Booking Policies

  • Courts can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance for members and up to 1 week in advance for non-members.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking to avoid fees.
  • Member can bring a guest a maximum of 6 times a year with a fee of £7 per visit.
  • Non-member court bookings are charged at £12 per hour.

Membership Directory

The E-booking system also features a Membership Directory, which you can use to obtain contact details for other members of The Weald. This can be a useful tool for coordinating games and connecting with the club community.
