The General Committee would like to invite all members to an Extraordinary General Meeting which will take place on Wednesday 14th May at 7pm at The Weald Racquets Club and via video call.
The resolution of the EGM is to update the club rules to allow us to introduce Padel at the club which will secure the future of The Weald Racquets Club.
For the EGM to be quorate we need at least 10% of the adult membership present (50 people); each member present (in the room or via video call) will have one vote and for the resolution to be accepted, two thirds of the attendees need to vote in favour. Before voting takes place, questions can be asked.
